Products and pricing: We sell yarns, supplies, DIY kits, patterns, and books. All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah. We aim to keep pricing and product details accurate, and we'll contact you if there's an error with your order.

Orders and payment: Payment is taken at checkout. Pre-orders are charged in full upfront to reserve your item, and ship on their stated release date. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or an error occurs.

Digital products and patterns: Patterns and downloadable files are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell, share, or redistribute them.

Returns, refunds and shipping: These are governed by our Returns & Refunds and Shipping policies, which form part of these terms.

Liability: To the extent permitted by law, da-Mira isn't liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from use of our products or site.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
